The psychology of getting close
In my dissertation research I focus on the development of relationships, with a special emphasis on the path between two individuals from the initial distance to the state of total closeness, and the psychological components influencing our habits in choosing partners. As a result, among others, I explore the reasons of the human’s need for space, the factors in the process of moving from perception to intimate relationships, the developmental stages and classificational possibilities of love, and the ability of long distance relationships to reinterpret the meaning of togetherness through the online space. In addition, I examine the significance of narrative design, which has emerged with the transformation of the concept of art, and try to get as close as possible to what jewelry means to us, and why it serves as a perfect tool for expressing love.
