Ethical design|management
I have been involved in projects that represent inclusiveness and sustainability. My first experience of co-creating was at Technika#1, part of HelloWood, where I contributed to the organization of woodworking workshops open for professionals and lay people at the same time. During the pandemic, I joined the Dress-coding project, led by textile designer Fanni Huszár, as a communication manager. From branding to event management, I had a wide range of opportunities in this grant-funded, non-profit project. The mentality behind the movement is presented in educational short films about inclusive design and sustainable development-supporter innovative technologies in an accessible way, allowing me to experience the interdisciplinary project management environment of a large group of volunteers.
thesis
Marketing communication strategy of the Dress-coding project in the framework of social responsibility
I examine the activities and marketing communication of social enterprises representing people with disabilities. Through secondary research I analyze the role of design in this market segment. Using comparative analysis with examining theoretical and empirical aspects of campaign strategies, I explore how to develop authentic brand communication that aims at the social inclusion of people with disabilities. Based on the results, I analyze the communication strategy of the Dress-coding project and develop a plan to incorporate a sustainable inclusive approach. Dress-coding produces personalized clothing for people with disabilities using innovative technologies.
