The Castle of Fót

Today, the castle of Fót temporarily serves as an orphanage, and is also home to Countess Erzsébet and Count László Károlyi, who are legally only leaseholders of a tiny portion of what used to be their family's estate.  Normally, these two worlds show little, if any, sign of mutual permeability. My set of photographs records several instances of interpenetration between the two worlds.
