My masterwork aims to transform the HengerMalom (Roller Mill), a pioneering reinforced concrete industrial monument, into a hybrid socio-cultural and creative hub.

Value Creation in Industrial Heritage:
Can the Roller Mill be the Catalyst for "Hengerváros"?
Through the example of the Roller Mill, I demonstrate how an abandoned industrial heritage site can become a catalyst for Hengerváros through integrated protection, culture-led urban development and community-based temporary use.
