Spent grain based biocomposit material development
The aim of my master’s project is to explore the potential of using spent brewer's grain as a biocomposite material, within the sustainability criteria outlined in my thesis.

Biocomposites: solution or trend? Under what conditions do emerging bio-based materials provide real solutions?
My thesis looks at industrial and small-scale biocomposite production, comparing how these materials are marketed with their real environmental impact. It also explores how people perceive these materials and what can make them truly sustainable.
