Beyond efficiency. Producer practices and crew well-being in the Hungarian film industry
My thesis examines how producer practices affect crew well-being. Using interviews and an ethics of care framework, it argues that while burnout is driven by structural factors, individual producer actions can still significantly shape the working experience.
