SEAM is a therapeutic support tool that uses the metaphor of kintsugi to help women process and heal from the emotional impact of gender-based microaggressions, through a combination of digital and physical rituals.

Bridges Over Bruises - Coping and building resilience after gender microaggression

This thesis explores how gendered microaggressions—subtle but persistent forms of sexism—function as psychological microtraumas, and proposes resilience-building strategies and inclusive design interventions to support affected individuals.
