From non-profit cultural communication to arts education
My main and side projects are all based around the areas of communication and art education. I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of art and design fields during my four semesters studying here. My two years in classical music management include my experience of organising 30-credit teacher training courses and an international summer masterclass, which gave me the feeling that I was truly involved in creating a lasting value: in rehabilitating education.

EXPERIENTIAL / MAKER EDUCATION
STEAM education opportunities in Hungary
In my thesis I review the international and domestic context of STEAM education. The theoretical section is mainly of international focus, the practical part has a strong domestic relevance. The practical part, following a conclusion on Hungarian policy-making, presents two case studies, Makerspace.hu and BeSTEAM! from a historical, operational and educational perspective. My hypothesis is that the key to educators' understanding and engagement with the presented philosophy lies in teacher training courses.
