The masterwork is an anti-stigma campaign providing an insight into the closed world of psychiatry. The research was based on my experiences with psychiatric treatment, literature research and the results of workshops I led. The three parts of the project are a diary, a therapeutic workbook, and the identity flags. The diary and the workbook contain firsthand experiences with psychiatric treatment and exercises in art therapy and self-exploration. The workspace and flags give the public the opportunity to express their values in an art therapy workshop. The project also includes a website for archiving the flags, and the diary and the workbook are also available there. The goal of my work is to shape the attitudes of the society and to personally stand up for this community.
