Communication for a good cause!

The work in my portfolio all focuses on a social problem or issue that I find important. My sub-projects include a design start-up, a civic initiative on the representation of women architects, a business conference for women and a project on the local history of minorities. My main project is my engagement with KÜLKÖRÚT, an umbrella organisation for civil initiatives in the 8th district. In the project presented here, I mainly helped the organisations with communication and event organisation.

Cultural spaces organised along political ideology

This research explores cultural spaces organised on the basis of political ideology. It formulates two research questions examined in a case study approach in the functioning and programmes of the three organisations under study, the Gólya, Scruton and the Szabadkikötő. The first question examines the similarities and differences in their organisational functioning. The research has confirmed the hypothesis that there are many similarities in the way they operate. The second research question sought to find out whether there are issues that are considered important regardless of ideology. In this case, the results of the research partially confirmed the hypothesis because there are topics that everyone considers important, but within these there are very divergent approaches. The analysis is based on two data sources. On the one hand, in-depth interviews with event organisers of the organisations studied and, on the other hand, public information on their events in 2023.
