My thesis focuses on a predefined research group: the recent graduates of the Jewellery and Metalworking Design specialisation of the Designer Maker BA programme at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, Budapest. I conducted the career path analysis using a targeted online questionnaire and in-depth interviews. The research was guided by the following questions: To what extent have the alumni left their chosen fields? Have they continued their studies in higher education? What jobs did they start working in after graduation?
