My thesis aims to examine the role of UI/UX design in the development of online learning platforms. The thesis summarises how the user experience and the user interface influence learning motivation and the effectiveness of e-learning. Based on a heuristic analysis of Google Classroom and feedback shared in user interviews, I make improvement suggestions to enhance the learning experience on the platform.
