The aim of my thesis is to examine the history of bling culture and describe the characteristics of its jewellery. I reveal the stories behind certain pieces of jewellery and the inspirations that led to their creation. I also introduce Hungarian jewellers who specialise in making dental jewellery or grillz, as it is known in the hip-hop world.
