My thesis examines the conditions, advantages and disadvantages of working from the office and working from home, aiming to determine how we might create optimal working conditions in these two settings. I conducted a research study to assess the advantages and disadvantages of the working spaces at home and in the office, and then compared my results with employee productivity. The results varied per age group, but it clearly emerged that the most optimal scenario is working both from the office and at home, proportionately. This balance ensures that we are able to capitalise on the advantages and avoid the disadvantages of both spaces.
