My thesis aims to explore how art therapy can support the emotional expression of people living with autism. Autism spectrum disorder impairs the social and communication skills of those affected. The aim of my research is to explore the potential of art therapy to develop these areas of impairment. Through my research, I would like to demonstrate how art therapy can aid the social integration of people with autism and improve their quality of life.
