Female Rage
The Depiction of Female Rage in Animation
My thesis examines the depiction of female rage in contemporary animated films, examining both mainstream and student films. Through critical analysis, it seeks to explore how this feminist concept is represented, articulated, and challenged in the dynamic realm of animated storytelling. The aim of this thesis is to contribute to a deeper understanding of how animation serves as a medium for expressing and confronting the complexity of female rage in the context of modern social narratives.
