"The aim of the masterwork is to provide assistance to students applying independently for art higher education, specifically, to the Graphic Design programme at MOME (Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design). Most of the information and knowledge necessary for a successful entrance exam is only accessible through preparatory courses or technical trainings, which means that currently equal opportunities are not provided for every applicant. The Graphic Design Incubator is a platform that aims to create a framework for independent preparation for the entrance exam. It gathers essential information and important aspects related to the admission process."

The issue at the heart of my thesis is the fact that it is significantly harder to prepare on one's own for higher education in art, and within that, graphic design courses, without external help. Most of the information and knowledge necessary for a successful admission exam is only accessible at prep courses or technical trainings. The purpose of my thesis is to support my graduation project in compiling material that enables prospective students to prepare for the admission exam on their own, based on admission processes in Hungary and abroad, and by studying the related pedagogical literature.
