Children of the Bird
A fictional mythological story about the birth and death of our planet. The film depicts the events happening on Earth through the eyes of two naive divine children. One of them is a slightly wild, enthusiastic girl who carries the power of creation, while the other is a kind, gentle, anxious little boy with the ability of destruction. There is no struggle between them; their relationship is a shared game of two equal partners, an exploration and creation of harmony. Their shared life seems to function well until a new factor enters the story: the human race.

Posthumanist thinking in the works of Hayao Miyazaki
Hayao Miyazaki, Japanese animation director advocated posthumanist ideas through his works ahead of his time. His stories went beyond the anthropocene perspective that is typical of humanism. My thesis explores the possibility of equality in the relationship between humans and nature, and the depiction thereof in the films of Hayao Miyazaki.
