My thesis aims to explore and contextualise the art, creative process, and attitude of Mihály Schéner, who was a painter, graphic artist, sculptor, ceramicist, and puppet designer. I focus on the sculptural works of Mihály Schéner from the late 1960s to the mid-1980s, building my analysis on their contemporary reception.
