The topic of my thesis is artistic identity within the social and cultural context of my environment. Based on my observations, many students of MOME university have difficulty defining their identity based on their artistic orientation. In addition to conceptual overviews, the aim of my thesis is to shed light on how students in the undergraduate programme of the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design perceive this issue. Accordingly, my preliminary literature research focused primarily on the process of identity formation.
