Time and Perception
My goal with my thesis is to examine the relationship between time and human perception. The focus of my interest is how we think of time as individuals, as opposed to being in a community. How do we divide it, how much do we really understand of its role in human perception? How could we manage our own life-time more consciously, how could time itself become an architectural tool? My hypothesis is that if we are able to understand the relationship between time and human perception and our time-consciousness reaches a higher level, we might be able to re-imagine our individual role in our communities and have a more complex understanding of our built and natural environment.

Pilgrims’ Refuge in Spain
In my diploma project I dealt with the experiences I encountered on the Camino del Norte, one of the oldest pilgrimages in Spain, which I had the chance to walk last summer. The goal with this project was to design a structure that can be adapted to different spatial situations as well as to solve local problems and fill the gap that is present in the system existing now on the Camino.
