Success criteria for the international expansion of Hungarian fashion brands
I study the development possibilities of Hungarian fashion companies, focusing on the challenges of each phase of development, the switches between evolutionary and revolutionary stages, and key elements of business operation in relation to global market entry. The brands addressed by this research project include OST konzept, MEI KAWA, Nanushka, and Áeron. My main conclusion is that growth is determined not only by the talent of the designer, but rather by the professional background providing the key competences, and by the quality of cooperation. Without humility and proper know-how of foreign markets, business cannot be successful.

My managerial journey in the mirror of self-reflection
The most important lesson of my internships is the need for self-reflection. During my search for new perspectives, I must stop from time to time to see where I came from and what values I go on with. My progress on the steps of the Hungarian fashion industry is at the center of this portfolio. My main challenge was identifying, developing, and expanding managerial key competences. I look for answers to the following questions; how can the creative side and the manager cooperate and how can applied art be translated to business language.
