Our dining experiences are complex and complicated either under our control or independently of us. This is an experience that is present in every person’s life, and it is interesting to have different shapes for everyone. In my research, I am looking for the relationship between the experience and the meal and their context. What effects will make eating more enjoyable and memorable? What is the impact of food on our experiences? I am examining the processes and feelings that come to us about our meals.
